Adam has over 20 years of experience working at Aerospace Instrument Support and its former sister company, Avionics International Supply, as its Regional Sales Manager. Serving in the combined administrative/business development roles, he is responsible for vendor and customer relations, as well as project tracking and finance. A private pilot, Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Andy launched his aviation career at an early age, earning his pilot’s license at the age of 19. After graduating from Central Texas College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management, he progressed through several aircraft parts distribution companies before beginning his own in 1984, Avionics International Supply, which was sold in 2010. Prior to that, and to increase his capability to serve the aviation marketplace, he launched Aerospace Instrument Support in 1995. As an aircraft owner, Andy recognizes great customer service and continuously seeks to instill those best-practices inside his own organization. As a business owner, he has had great success placing integrity above all else.
Will Ingle serves as the Director of Maintenance for Aerospace Instruments Support (AIS), bringing decades of aviation experience and an unwavering commitment to safety, airworthiness, and exceptional customer service.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Will began his aviation career in military service, where he developed a strong foundation in aircraft systems, leadership, and precision maintenance. Over the years, he has combined his deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to guide maintenance operations that meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance.
Known for his steady leadership and hands-on approach, Will is passionate about mentoring the next generation of aviation professionals and ensuring every aircraft entrusted to AIS is maintained with excellence and integrity.
Outside of work, Will enjoys life’s adventures with his amazing girlfriend and their blended family of five kids — including twin daughters who keep things lively. Whether it’s boating, RVing, or exploring new destinations, Will finds balance and joy in time spent with family and the freedom of the open road (or sky).
Michael joined Aerospace Instruments Support in 2021 to work for Andy Johnson, whom he had known for several years .
His aviation career started in the US Air Force and after his discharge he continued his aviation career in the DFW area until he accepted a job in Tulsa, OK with the Cessna dealership. While working for Cessna he attended Rogers State Collage and studied for his degree in Business management as well as getting his private pilots license. In 1990 he relocated to Florida and worked for Banyan Air Service and became their Director of Operations. Michael went on from there to The Hawker Beechcraft service center in Tampa FL for 11 years before retiring and moving to Denton, TX to be near his children.
John’s career in aircraft structural and component repair has led to an impressive accumulation of knowledge and experience, which is a big benefit for Aerospace Instrument Support. Having worked at large MRO providers, including AAR, DynCorp International, and others, repairing components on a variety of commercial airline, corporate and military aircraft (fixed and rotary-winged), John’s presence helps to guide the expansion plans of Aerospace Instrument Support and customer support.
Bobby joined Aerospace Instrument Support nearly five years ago, bringing along with him an excellent reputation in the general aviation community and career experience in several high-level aerospace positions. Holding an FAA Repairman Certificate, he has performed a significant number of avionics installations and modifications over the past 15 years, and is careful to keep abreast of constantly changing avionics technologies, FAA certification requirements, and quality control and safety guidelines, so customers can have confidence that his work and that of his team has been done correctly. In addition, Bobby also has extensive knowledge of component repairs on various gyros, flight directors, indicators, and many other types of aircraft instrumentation.
Brenda’s career in aviation has spanned four decades with much of that time spent as a gyro/instrument repair technician. She has held several positions as Lead Technician, Inspector and General Manager/Co-Owner of several shops in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Holding a FAA Repairman’s Certificate, Brenda’s wealth of experience in the instrument business and noted repair skills led her to Aerospace Instrument Support, where she now serves as Chief Inspector/Quality Assurance.
